Where do you ship to?

Right now, we're only shipping within the United States, but are definitely looking to expand beyond that as we grow..

When can i expect to receive my order?

We aim to ship out orders in 2-3 business days of you placing it. We are a lean and scrappy team right now though and really appreciate your patience. If you have any questions about your specific order, email us at hello@beselfmade.co and we’ll do our best to help you!

Can i edit my shipping address?

Please reach out to us ASAP at hello@beselfmade.co with the subject UPDATE ADDRESS. As long as the order hasn’t been fulfilled, we can adjust.

When will my credit card be charged?

At the time of purchase.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payment via all major credit cards.

How can i update my order?

Please email us ASAP at hello@beselfmade.co with the subject UPDATE ORDER and we’ll do our best to update before the order is shipped.

How can i check the status of my order?

Once your order is placed, you’ll get confirmation that we’ve received it. You will receive additional updates when the order ships, is out for delivery, and when it’s been delivered.

How do I make a return or an exchange?

If you’re not happy, please email us at hello@beselfmade.co within 21 days of purchase with the subject RETURN, and we’ll process your refund (less shipping) after you complete a quick survey.

Rather than sending the product back to us, please pass it along to a friend who might enjoy it more than you (shipping is tough on the environment, so we’d rather not put the strain on our beautiful planet)! You’ll also be able to keep your free access to the CommonRoom even if you return your product.

Are your products cruelty free?

Yes! Our products are Vegan, Cruelty Free, Silicone-Free, Alcohol Free, No hormone triggering or interrupting Ingredients, No Sulfates, No Parabens, No Formaldehydes, No Phalates, No Micro-plastics, No Pesticides + Herbicides.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

Our Secure Attachment is fragrance free, with it's light natural scent derived from completely natural Aloe. Our True Grit has a fragrance blend of clean synthetic botanicals. Both have been safety tested and in clinicals we've ran, 100% of participants noted that these products did not irritate their skin. That being said, we know everybody's skin is different, so we are more than happy to provide a refund if either of our products irritate your skin. To be extra careful, you can also bring the full ingredient lists (which can be found on our products' specific landing pages) to your dermatologist.

There seems to be a bit of water sitting on top of my secure attachment bottle. What’s up with that?
